Asset descriptions, manufacturer/brand, model year, technical capacity (tonnage, HP, hours run), physical condition, asking prices, workshop location, and uploaded authentic photos.
Inquiries & Lead Communications
Contact requests submitted between buyers and equipment owners, inquiry subjects, requirement notes, and timestamps to track conversion velocity.
Technical & Telemetry Data
Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, browser specifications, operating system, approximate geographic location, and session heartbeat telemetry for fraud monitoring.

Our Zero-Sale Promise: MEPLOO does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal telephone numbers, email addresses, or business data to third-party telemarketers or external advertising networks.
We share information solely under the following transparent parameters:
- Public Listing Profile: Information you intentionally publish in an ad (contact name, contact phone number, equipment city, and technical photos) is made accessible on the public marketplace so buyers can contact you.
- Essential Operational Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors (such as transactional SMS gateways, cloud hosting infrastructure, and payment aggregators) who operate under strict non-disclosure and data protection contracts.
- Statutory & Legal Mandates: When legally obligated to comply with court orders, government authorities, law enforcement investigations, or cybercrime authorities under Indian jurisdiction.

- Updating Profile Data: You can edit your name, email, phone number, and city anytime via the Dashboard Profile tab.
- Ad Modification & Deletion: You can edit, deactivate, or permanently delete any listing at any time via My Ads, which immediately removes images and public indexing.
- Permanent Account Erasure: If you wish to delete your entire user profile and historical data, submit a request to our Privacy Desk at privacy@meploo.com.
