- Inquiries & Communications: Messages sent through our contact forms, buyer phone inquiries, and lead requests.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and referral URLs gathered automatically for fraud prevention and performance monitoring.

How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for the following commercial purposes:
- To publish, index, and promote your industrial equipment and machinery listings.
- To enable genuine buyers to connect with sellers regarding advertised assets.
- To verify user identity via SMS/OTP verification and prevent fraudulent listings.
- To send critical account alerts, ad approval updates, and transactional receipts.
- To monitor and enhance marketplace security and technical uptime.

- Public Listing Details: When you post an ad, your contact name, designated contact phone number, and city are visible to potential buyers so they can negotiate directly.
- Service Providers: Trusted technical partners (e.g. SMS gateway providers, cloud hosting, payment aggregators) who assist platform operations under strict confidentiality terms.
- Legal Compliance: When required by lawful orders from law enforcement agencies, cybercrime cells, or judicial authorities.

You maintain complete ownership of your personal profile and listings:
- Edit Profile: Update your name, phone number, email, or city anytime in the Dashboard Profile section.
- Ad Deletion: You can delete any active or inactive ad at any time via My Ads, which immediately unlinks uploaded images and removes the ad from public indexing.
- Account Closure: To permanently delete your entire account and associated records, submit a request to our privacy desk.
