1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to MEPLOO (operated by MEPLOO Marketplace Technologies, hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or utilizing our website, mobile interface, APIs, or posting listings across our marketplace verticals, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately terminate access to the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding electronic contract between you and MEPLOO under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. User Accounts, Verification & Security

To publish machinery listings, manage inquiries, or access seller contacts, users must register an account providing genuine, accurate, and current information:

• Mobile Authentication: Registration requires a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number subject to SMS/OTP verification.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Any actions executed through your account credentials are presumed to have been authorized by you.
• Suspension Rights: MEPLOO reserves the absolute right to suspend, lock, or terminate any user account found providing false identification, duplicate accounts, unauthorized company representation, or suspicious activity.

3. Ad Posting Standards & Content Integrity

Every seller, dealer, factory owner, or agent posting listings on MEPLOO must strictly adhere to the following quality mandates:

• Non-Party Disclaimer: MEPLOO is not an escrow agent, auctioneer, transacting party, or guarantor to any commercial contract, purchase order, or payment concluded between platform participants.
• Inspection Responsibility: All technical inspections, physical trial runs, capacity verifications, vehicle RTO transfer clearances, delivery logistics, and monetary settlements are negotiated directly and executed entirely at the sole risk of the transacting parties.
• Advance Payment Warning: We strongly advise buyers never to transfer unverified advance token payments without physically inspecting the equipment at the seller's premises and validating documentary ownership proof.

6. Prohibited Items & Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

The following listings, solicitations, and activities are strictly prohibited on MEPLOO:

• Stolen equipment, seized industrial vehicles, or assets with unreleased hypothecations/bank liens without full legal disclosure.
• Hazardous, toxic, or radioactive substances barred under the Environmental Protection Act or Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) regulations.
• Counterfeit branded industrial tooling, pirated machine software/firmware, or copyright-infringing CAD blueprints.
• Automated scraping bots, DDOS attempts, fake inquiry flooding, or deceptive payment link solicitations.

Violations will result in immediate permanent banning, IP blacklisting, and reporting to the State Cyber Crime Cell.

7. Listing Plans, Paid Promotions & Refund Terms

Standard ad posting on MEPLOO is free. Optional paid visibility upgrades (Featured Ad, Top Slot, Priority Seller) are governed by the following:

• Activation: Paid boosts activate immediately upon payment receipt and confirmation by our billing gateway.
• Non-Refundable: Fees paid for promotional visibility or membership upgrades are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
• Policy Compliance: Purchasing a premium plan does not exempt any advertisement from adherence to our quality and authenticity standards.

8. Industrial Advertisement & Intellectual Property Notice

We are an industrial advertising and business promotion agency that acts as a communication platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, claim ownership of, or directly sell the products listed or promoted through our platform.

We respect the intellectual property rights of all businesses and brands. We do not intend to infringe upon, misuse, copy, or interfere with any brand names, trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

All brand names, product names, logos, images, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. If any content is found to infringe upon intellectual property rights, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

MEPLOO provides its platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding machine performance, mechanical fitness, title authenticity, or financial outcomes.

Under no circumstances shall MEPLOO, its directors, employees, or field agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential business losses, machinery breakdown expenses, or transportation damages resulting from marketplace interactions.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, proceeding, or arbitration arising out of or related to these Terms or platform operations shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
